High-voltage electrode steam boiler
1.Working Principle
1.1. The submerged double-tube high-voltage electrode steam boiler consists of an inner tube and an outer tube. The outer tube is directly grounded and isolated from the outer tube by insulating materials.
1.2.The three-phase electrodes are arranged symmetrically in the inner tube to form a zero potential without the need for a neutral line. The current passes through the three-phase electrodes to convert electrical energy into thermal energy through water with a set conductivity, thereby generating saturated steam that can be controlled and utilized.
1.3.The amount of boiler evaporation is controlled by the boiler water level and the conductivity of the water in the inner tube.
1.4. Power range: 4.3t/h-85.7t/h.
1.5.Working pressure: ≤2.5MPa.
1.6. Application scenarios: industrial steam supply, power plant start-up boiler

3.System Introduction
3.1.The high-voltage electrode steam boiler is composed of a high-voltage electrode steam boiler, a feed water pump, an internal circulation pump, an automatic dosing device, a water treatment device, a deaerator, a blowdown expansion tank and a control system.
3.2. The feed water pump and the water inlet regulating valve jointly control the water inlet of the boiler, balance the steam output, and maintain the stability of the total water storage of the boiler. The internal circulation pump, the central regulating valve and the control points such as power, pressure and liquid level are linked to adjust to meet the steam demand to the maximum extent.
3.3.The load adjustment range is 0-100%, and the load fluctuation is less than 0.03MPa.
3.4.As the boiler evaporation area is large enough and a steam-water separation device is set, it can provide high-quality steam with a dryness greater than 99.8%.
