High-voltage electrode hot water boiler
1.Working principle
Ø The electrode is immersed in water with a certain conductivity. After power is turned on, due to the high resistance of water, current is generated, and heat is generated to turn water into high-temperature water. Water is both a heat-conducting medium and a heat-generating medium.
Ø The three-phase electrodes are arranged symmetrically in the inner cylinder to form a zero potential, and no neutral line is required.
Ø The boiler power is adjusted by raising and lowering the electrode shield.
Ø Power range: 1MW-60MW
Ø Working pressure: normal pressure/pressure
Ø Application scenarios: valley power heat storage, direct supply instead of coal-fired boilers, and flexible transformation of thermal power plants

3.System Introduction
3.1. The high-voltage electrode hot water boiler is integrated with a high-voltage electrode boiler, a circulating water pump, a constant pressure device, a plate heat exchanger, a water treatment device and a control system.
3.2.The high-voltage electrode boiler uses water with a certain conductivity. In order to control the stability of the conductivity, a plate heat exchanger is used to isolate the primary side system and the secondary side system.
