02 Civilian Nuclear Power Products-Pressurizer relief tank
The pressurizer relief tank is a key safety device in the primary loop system of a nuclear power plant. Its main uses and features are as follows:
1.Purpose:
1.1.Pressure protection: When the pressure of the reactor coolant system (primary loop) exceeds the set safety limit, the pressurizer pressure relief tank can quickly release excess pressure to prevent system overpressure and ensure the safe operation of the nuclear power plant.
1.2.Receive steam and water: In an emergency, receive steam, non-condensable gases and water discharged from the pressurizer to stabilize the pressure of the system.
